Magnolia Management has taken over as our new management company as of August 1, 2024. The elected board is still in place and can be contacted with any issue that may arise. We will utilize Magnolia as bookkeeping service, issuing violation notices, tracking issues, and notifying residents of routine communications involving the subdivision. If there is something that is not in alignment with the rules of the subdivision, contact them so they can research, contact the proper owner and have the situation resolved or begin tracking documentation on the concern.
